These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the professional engagement between S V R & CO("the Firm", "we", "our", "us"), operating the SRI Filing digital platform (srifiling.com), headquartered in Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, and any individual, entity, or business owner ("Client", "you", "your") accessing our online platform or retaining our professional team, Chartered Accountants, and advocates for statutory services.
By purchasing any service package, creating an account, uploading documents, or submitting statutory information to SRI Filing, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Any misrepresentation of material facts attracts liability under Section 448 of the Companies Act 2013 and Section 277 of the Income Tax Act 1961.

SLA timelines commence upon receipt of complete, verified client documentation. Delays caused by government portal downtime (MCA V3 maintenance, GSTN server outages) are excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, S V R & CO and SRI Filing's total aggregate liability for any operational error or oversight shall be strictly limited to the professional advisory fee paid by the Client for that specific service engagement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Exclusive Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
